Position title: Associate Attorney
Yuanmin (Ethan) Wang is admitted to practice law in California since the summer of 2022. His areas of practice focuses on immigration law and business oriented immigration matters. He offers comprehensive counsel on a variety of immigration issues for our clients, including employment-based immigrant/non-immigrant petitions, family-based immigrants petitions VAWA applications, naturalization processes and discretionary waivers for an array client from all walks of life – ranging from multinational corporations to small businesses or individuals. Attorney Wang’s focuses primarily on business/employment-based immigration (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3), investment-based immigrations (EB-5), non–immigrants work petitioning (L1/H1b/O1/E-Visas) as well as companies’ compliance with I9 & E verify systems.
Attorney Wang’s past work experience includes working as an associate corporate attorney with the renowned boutique law firm, Guozong Law firm (in Shandong); as a Director of International Affairs at Fryeburg Academy, a well-respected non-profit organization based in Maine, United States. He received his LLB degree from Shandong University (China), and a MBA degree from Bournemouth university (U.K.).
As a recent immigrant from mainland China, attorney Wang has first-hand knowledge of the American immigration system. His is fluent in Mandarin and English. Attorney Wang is an avid runner. He enjoys running with his wife and spending time with his family.
